Roan grew up near balmy Pensacola, Florida, a beach town adorned with sugar-white sand and bright emerald shores -- a favorite of many vacationers. As the recession of 2008 began to diminish the local economy, Roan recalled a trip he had taken out west two years earlier and followed his curiosity to seek employment outside of his home state.

An opportunity as a technician in the west valley of Phoenix afforded Roan the chance to try a new area of the country; the arid Sonoran desert where cloudy days and rain are few and far between – a reversal from the tropical climate he grew up with. The deep blue skies and towering palm trees that line lovely green golf courses and spectacular sunsets are all to blame for what Roan calls “falling in love with the west.”

For nine years Roan served customers all over the west valley and began forming meaningful relationships with residents in the Sun Cities. The hundreds of opportunities each year to help, interact with, and learn from customers ignited a passion within him and is the source of the greatest fulfillment one can ever enjoy -- that passion is customer service. He believes that we are called first and foremost to serve God, our Creator, and secondly to serve our fellowman.

No more than a couple of years had passed before Roan became interested in Arizona real estate. He began to work in his spare time with a couple of friends who were flipping homes. Although some of these projects were not smashing successes, the hook had been set. Roan knew at some point he wanted to work full time in real estate. He worked hard, saved his money, and even invested in a few rental properties. In the fall of 2017 he became a licensed Realtor and embarked on the rewarding career of helping clients purchase and sell homes. He has surrounded himself with experts in the industry and is now excited to be offering his services both in the west valley of Phoenix and the Prescott area.
